Description Operating room at Louisville City Hospital, Louisville, Kentucky. Caption below: "A view of one of the operating rooms." A room a skylight, and streaked walls contains an adjustable dark metal bed folded into an accordion shape; a wheeled white metal cart; several white metal tables; and a white double floor lamp with, on its side, a bowl at adjustable height. Known as Louisville Marine Hospital until 1849, Louisville City Hospital became Louisville General Hospital in 1942. It is now part of Humana.

I've been to the ER here, makes me kind of misty-eyed to think about it. It's the local meat and cleaver shop, best in the city. (as in Level 1 Trauma)
